About EK Endurance Coaching

Our Values
When Eric started EK Endurance he promised himself and his client’s one thing. He would never compromise an athletes training to be a business man. Ever. “I thought it might take longer to grow, longer to make this a living, or maybe I would just fail altogether. but I didn’t care, I figured, I’ll just work harder.” We work on the core values of training the unique athlete first, not simply train for the race. Training athletes weaknesses. Design their training to be fun and sustainable for long term success. happiness and growth. Eric grew up in the outdoors and loved everything it had to offer. Early on he started ice climbing and mountaineering. Culminating with his trip the Andes achieving, with his team, an unofficial speed record on a 20,000 foot peak. As captain of the varsity rowing team his junior and senior year he led the team to a silver medal at the New England Rowing Championships. After college he pursued making the lightweight national team. Along the way he led several boats to national championships gold medals and other prestigious wins At the end of 2001 Eric began racing on the road bike and competing in multi sport. Now getting top 10 results in the pro ranks as a Category 1 cyclist. When Eric designs a training program he crafts it with his years of knowledge and experience in a vast array of sports, and helps athletes with everything from overcoming a simple training obstacle to designing a three-year build up for the Hawaii Ironman.
